ONLINE ORDERING POLICIES
Order Processing
We usually ship in-stock items within one business day of ordering. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except for major holidays when we are closed. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within five business days of placing your order.
MOVA Globes gift cards are redeemable at the time of purchase and can only be used to purchase items from our official MOVA Globes website (movaglobes.com).
Pre-Ordres
If your order includes a pre-ordered item, it will be dispatched by the specified ship-by date indicated for that item. In cases where your order comprises in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the complete order by the estimated ship-by date of the preordered item. Please note that payment for your order will be processed and charged immediately upon placement. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your items as promptly as possible.
Shipping Services
Our international shipping partner is exclusively FedEx, All orders will be picked up by the carrier or dropped off at a shipping location during business hours, Monday-Friday.
Delivery
In coordination with FedEx, shipments will be dispatched from different warehouses based on the delivery area. Shipments to the Americas will be dispatched from the United States, Europe from European warehouses, Japan from Japan, and the rest of the regions from Taiwan.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. It will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Returns & Refunds
All products purchased on movagroup.com can be returned within 30 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please fill out our form.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse facility before a refund is processed. Refunds will be applied within two weeks of return. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees to return a product. Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund for the price of goods and any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded the original shipping fees. If gift card(s) were used for the return item(s), you will receive funds back to the gift card that was used.
If you are returning a product due to a manufacturer defect, please fill out our product replacement form to initiate your return and confirm your product is within our 1-year warranty.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and MOVA Globe Gift Cards.
